Q-Net-Assess

This project aims to generate the most comprehensive understanding of C. burnetii genetic variation to date and understand the implications of this variation for zoonotic risk, livestock pathogenicity and Q-fever control. This knowledge will be used to develop a Pan-European framework for future molecular surveillance of C. burnetii.
